Export module

Access to the application

Using the export module of the portal, data on land needed to obtain land-use analytical data of municipalities with extended competence, obtained by the Regional Authority of the South Moravian Region, are provided in accordance with Section 27 ( 3) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Land-use Planning and the Construction Code (the Construction Act), as amended, and Annex No. 1 to Directive No. 500/2006 Coll., on Land-use Analytical Data, Land-Use Planning Documentation and Method of Recording Land-use Planning Activities.

The data is intended exclusively for the state administration of the ORP JMK. The provided land-related data includes land data collection.

It also provides selected data of the ÚPP and ÚPD. The export module makes it possible to define the required area export data to the shp/dgn/dwg/gml formats. The exported data include metadata as required by INSPIRE.
